Returns & Shipping Policy

All items are made to order. We offer refunds or replacements only for defective or incorrect items due to our error. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, style, or color. Minor print placement shifts and slight color variations are normal in print-on-demand production.

Production time is up to 5 business days before shipment. Delivery dates are estimates only. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
